Year End Break #

Monday, 23 th December 2019 to Saturday, 4 th January 2020.

There will be no classes scheduled during this period. However, scheduled examinations will be held as usual.

Chinese New Year

Saturday, 2 nd February to Saturday, 9 th February 2019

There will be no lectures, tutorials, lab session etc. Students are requested to view their course schedule for actual holiday/semester break dates during the Chinese New Year holidays.

Hari Raya Puasa

Saturday, 1 st June to Saturday, 8 th June 2019

There will be no lectures, tutorials, lab session etc. Students are requested to view their course schedule for actual holiday/semester break dates during the Hari Raya.

Deepavali

Saturday, 26 th October 2019

There will be no lectures, tutorials, lab session etc.

Note:

  1. When a public holiday falls on a Sunday, the following day becomes a public holiday.
  2. The administrative and student services functions maybe operational during the additional holidays for students except for the Sunday, public holiday and certain approved days as indicated. During the period of additional holidays the operational hours for the library, computer labs and administration service counters will be as from 9.00am to 5.00pm (Monday to Friday). 

*Any changes by the authorities may alter the public holidays.
