The 6th Conference on Sustainable Innovation in Engineering and Technology (SIET) 2024 was a resounding success, drawing in over 200 attendees from around the world.
Held at Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (APU), the conference showcased the latest breakthroughs in engineering and fostered collaboration among academics, industry leaders, and academic experts.
A highlight of the event was the participation of Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS) from India.

The conference kicked off with inspiring addresses from conference chairman Ir Ts Dr Alexander Chee Hon Cheong, APU’s Vice-Chancellor Prof Ho Chin Kuan, and Chief Innovation & Enterprise Officer Prof Ir Eur Ing Ts Dr Vinesh Thiruchelvam.

Bhd.) from academia and industry delivered thought-provoking keynote addresses, covering topics such as sustainability, innovation, and the future of engineering.

Over 200 papers were submitted, demonstrating the vibrant academic community and the potential for ground-breaking research.
