APLC Essay Writing Competition

The Asia Pacific Language Centre (APLC) organised an Essay Writing Competition for the students under the English Language Programme. Around 42 students, 6 from each level, participated in this competition. Each category of students was given creative topics, ranging from easy to most difficult according to their level.

The students had 45 minutes to complete the task, and their essays were then judged by the teachers in APLC, as well as the team from Oxford Publications. As recognition for their effort, 21 winners won prizes that were sponsored by APU and Oxford publications.
