Internship Opportunity: Psychology (Student Well-Being)

Are you a Psychology student interested in mental health, wellbeing promotion, and hands-on experience in a university setting? Join APU’s Student Well-Being team and gain practical exposure to wellbeing programmes, outreach initiatives, and student well-being support activities.
What You’ll Do
- Support the planning and delivery of wellbeing events, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
- Assist with logistics, registration, venue setup, and on-site support during activities.
- Promote wellbeing initiatives through social media, posters, booths, and student networks.
- Support peer support activities and collaborate with student clubs and societies
- Assist with reports, presentations, attendance records, and wellbeing resources
- Collect feedback and help organise data to evaluate wellbeing programmes
- Contribute to wellbeing campaigns and create educational materials (e.g. infographics, handouts, digital content)
Requirements
- Psychology (or related field) students seeking internship experience
- Internship period: 3 – 6 months (starts in February 2026)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Able to follow policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines of the unit.
- Passionate in student mental health and wellbeing initiatives.
